Finding it tough to commit to classes with the little ones then maybe one-on-one is for you. I will come to you and train you in your own home or a location of your choice. You can train alone or with a small group of friends (I find small group training is very successful as you commit to each other and donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t want to let the others down, it also makes it more fun!). The little ones can be right next to you when you train and we can even incorporate them into the exercises if they are having an off day. Personal Training is a great way to focus on Ã¢â‚¬ËœyouÃ¢â‚¬â„¢. I will develop a personalised program which is specific to you and your needs. We will sit down together and discuss your short term and long term goals making sure its all within reach.
