Beyond Postnatal Fitness

This program is designed for mums from 12-16 weeks postnatal, as long as we are both comfortable that you are ready. This class or one-to-one/small group session is the next level up from Fit Bumps if you are looking to increase the intensity of your workouts. Classes will be either Boxing or Circuit based and will include high impact/fast cardio and great core to really get your body and abs back! Fit Mums will challenge you in different ways and classes are fun at the same time. You will get to meet lots of mums and the best part is you can still bring your little one with you (3 months up to 3 years) If you want a real sweat and be able to push yourself then Fit Mums is for you!
